City Mobile Office comes to Wesfleur and Leonsdale

The City’s Mobile Office will be availing municipal services to Wesfleur and Leonsdale residents next week. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details are as follows:
- Wednesday, 2 August 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Wesfleur Municipal Admin Building, 1st Floor, Wesfleur, Atlantis
- Thursday, 3 August 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Leonsdale Civic Centre, 12th Avenue, Leonsdale
The intention is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities, such as housing and subcouncil offices or Free Call lines.
The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
'This is a special opportunity for Wesfleur and Leonsdale residents to resolve any outstanding municipal items. Should you wish to make use of the services remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
